May 25, 2023- The U.S. Supreme Court has adopted a stricter limit on which wetlands come under the law’s jurisdiction, a decision that will benefit farmers for generations.
The WA Department of L & I has received a petition and is considering adding new wildfire smoke in the workplace rules. Public hearings for this rulemaking will take place in July 2023 at various places around Washington as well as virtually.
